Sidney Poitier in his book, “The measure of a Man,” shares from his father's wisdom on what the true measure of a man is. He writes, “Of all my father’s teachings, the most enduring was the one about the true measure of a man. That true measure was how well he provided for his children, and it stuck with me as if it were etched in my brain.”
If a man loves you, he will cover your nakedness in all aspects - physically, emotionally, verbally, spiritually, and financially, to the best of his ability, and yet some more. No excuses allowed. Giving is the only evidence of love. A man shows his love by the cover, the protection he provides. If he is not covering you, he is not, and most probably does not love you.
