All tools and others can help, only help after you have taken the lead. You have to own you, with all your spots and inadequacies. 

Yes, you might not be all you would have wanted to be. Who is? Don't be deceived. All you see that is presently intimidating you is the packaging.

We all tend to compare our weaknesses to the strengths of others. No surprise, we always seem to fall short. If only people are naked, you'll be grateful for what you've got.

You have to face you, lean into you, and make you all you want you to be from a place of love, not hate. That is the only way up. That is the only way to all you've always wanted to be.
