Fill Your Tank:

“If you would lift me up, you must be on higher ground.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson.

How many people know Waldo was a Christian minister before resigning and going full-blown into the self-development sphere? Well, I guess you all know of John Maxwell. I said that just for the sake of the bloated souls who think they know what they don't know.

You cannot bless another to a higher level you have no clue about. It does not matter the titles you carry on your head and in your stomach. You cannot bless people beyond who you are. That is your limit. Let me end with the below three verses of scripture.

"No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man." (John 3:13, NIV)

"Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.” (Matthew 15:14, NIV)

"And without doubt, the lesser is blessed by, the greater." (Hebrew 7:7, NIV)

Now, get off your butt and go put something good in that container of yours. Your titles are useless. Who cares if you are a big-shot of big-shots (i.e., Archbishop).

No one gives a damn if you are a big-shot (bishop) or small-shot (who knows); or a big or small pastor. People need help. People need to be lifted. Do you have what it takes?

Study and fill your tank. So, that you will be on the right pedestal to pull people to higher grounds. Is that too much to ask?
