Every worthwhile venture is created at least twice. First, in the imagination, then in reality. Imagination is the medium whereby we draw from infinite intelligence that we need to reproduce in the temporal realm. It is the calling forth of that which hitherto was invisible to the visible domain.

Without imagination, you cannot have faith. For faith that cannot be seen is not faith, it is sheer presumption. "Faith is the sight of the inward eye." (Alexander Maclaren) The certainty of the mental imagery is the strength and intensity of the faith in and for it. Faith is the only avenue for living the higher life. Without faith one is forever limited by visible, feelable world. Such is forever a prisoner to their instincts and emotions. 

That is the definition of chaos; if not, I don't know what else is. And, that, unfortunately, is the definition of the life of the pessimistic, who thinks he or she knows all the possible outcomes of life and is dreaming up the limitedness in his or her own mind. Rightly did Albert Einstein teach us, "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."

The pessimist, along with his or her friend the realist is limited, bland, with no sense of life and adventure. No so the optimist. Armed with his or her imagination, the optimist rises to the zenith of life, knowing all things are possible. It is all a matter of sight. If you can see the invisible, you can do and have the impossible. Optimists are builders. They use their mental imagery to invent and reinvent the world around them. 

Which are you, an optimist, a realist, or a pessimist? Have you ever heard of the G-factor? It changes all things. That is the power that undergirds the optimist.
