Overcoming the Fear of Commitment (Day 2)

Remember the law of holes?

It says, “If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.”

Stop the behavioral patterns associated with this phobia.

(I know this sounds easier said than done. And the intent here is not to give you abstract solutions. The intent is to arm you with tools you can immediately put to practice – tools you can associate with. So, stay with me, and let us navigate the journey together.)

In the meantime, STOP DIGGING.

Counting 1-2-3-4-5. Take a deep breath in. Counting a quick 1-2-3-4-5. Breathe out.

Better days are coming your way. I see it. I know it.

"When I’m at the bottom looking up, the main question may not be ‘how do I get out of this hole?’ In reality, the main question might be ‘how do I get rid of the shovel that I used to dig it?" ― Craig D. Lounsbrough
