I have a challenge with blind folks who make a religion out of their humanistic feelings, rather than the word of God. Rather than seek to know God from and through His word, such are rather too full of themselves to learn. The truth comes from no other place than from the Word of God. It has nothing to do with how we feel or not feel. It has nothing to do with what we think or not think.
THE TRUTH HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH WHAT GOD HAS SAID. [John 8:31-32; 17:17] The truth is a person. His name is Jesus. [John 14:6] You will find the truth in no other except a close walk and fellowship with Him. LET GOD BE TRUE AND EVERY FEELING AND RELIGIOSITY A LIAR. [Romans 3:4]
So don’t be misled, my dear brothers and sisters. Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession. (James 1:16-18, NLT)So, if God says you are His prized possession, who are you to believe any less?
