Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?” (John 5:5-6, NKJV)
We continue this week with the story of the sick man healed at the Pool of Bethesda. [John 5:1-15].
So, where do you stand? Are you giving the ALL SUFFICIENT ONE place? Are you allowing Him to “Shaddai” you with all the goodness of life? He takes pleasure in blessing His own. [Psalm 35:27] While we are here, we need spiritual blessings that are quantifiable and translatable in physical terms.

We need blessings we can war with. We need blessings we can do life with, each and every moment of each passing day. Christianity is not abstract. It is a reality. It is living. It is life. It is not a life to be lived in the future. It is a life we live each and every day.
"While we are here, we need spiritual blessings that are quantifiable and translatable in physical terms." - St Akin de Great.
If I might surprise you, let me say emphatically, without missing words,
“It’s got nothing to do with your worthiness. It’s got everything to do with who God is." - St. Akin de Great.God says He is the "I am that I am."[Exodus 3:14] The "I am" is your El Shaddai – The all-sufficient one.” [2 Corinthians 3:5-6, 5:21; Romans 5:17; 2 Corinthians 8:9; Hebrews 4:16; Philippians 4:13] He is your sufficiency. He will be all that you need. He's got all that you need or will ever need.
It is not about our sufficiency. It is all about His sufficiency, grace, love, and mercy.
Can you deal with that?
